Mental and spiritual self-recovery program.

"Something very disruptive came up around the summer. It's caused my mental wellness to weaken over these past couple of months. Call it depression, seasonal depression, insecurity, growing up, jealousy, self-hatred, or what have you. Long story short, it was unlike anything I've ever dealt with.

I've been leaning on family and my closest friends through that miserable time. In response to that experience and to reflect on it, I've decided to make this album in hopes of finally gaining back my confidence and placing the final pieces back together. I am thankful to have mostly bounced back. It'll take just a lil bit longer to be 100%. I look forward to it for sure.
